Not all Calcium Hypochlorite is the same, and when considering different
products you should include in your evaluation the following factors :-
• available active chlorine
• insoluble material
• water content
Why? well for the following reasons:-
The more active chlorine the less product is required to maintain free chlorine
The less insoluble material then the less blockages, contaminants and maintenance costs, reducing operating costs.
The more water content the safer the product, as the lower the water content the more risk there is of flammability.
Melclorite boasts 70->75% available chlorine (10-15% more than any other brand)

- For a wide variety of applications: drinking water, swimming pool water, wastewater and general disinfection purposes.
- Suitable for Granudos automatic dosing systems, among others. If your Granudos is used with another brand of calcium hypochlorite, the machine can easily be adapted to Melclorite.
Melclorite NX
- The 20g and 200g tablets are recommended for use in swimming pools. They are formulated to minimize limescale buildup, significantly reducing cleaning time. This also makes them ideal for use in hard water areas.
- Specially developed for use in swimming pool tablet dosing systems.
- Tablets dissolve very regularly minimising waste.
